Black Garlic Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce - Hot Ones Season 6

I’m not usually impressed by most hot sauces. My bf and I are always looking for that HOT HOT FLAME SAUCE and we found it with this one. If you want for a torturous spice to clear your sinuses this is it. We bought 3 different bottles and this was by far the spiciest. Next spiciest being the AKA MISO which was less spicy but still had a really good kick and a different flavor altogether, delicious. And finally the BLACK GARLIC which has another flavor as well, more smoky. It was a nice level, definitely the least intense. Would recommend all 3. Can’t wait to try the rest of the sauces this company makes.

It’s a a delicious sauce I mixed some in my favorite barbecue sauce and it was delicious and I put it on a few more things I eat I really recommend buying it it’s a delicious sauce I also bought the BRAVADO black garlic Carolina Reaper sauce

Saw this one on Hot Ones and grabbed it. The flavor is out of this world. Heat is not far behind.

I’ve been a longtime fan of your sauces and have received several of your gift sets over the years, so this is honestly the first time I’ve ever felt disappointed enough to leave feedback like this.

The Black Garlic hot sauce I recently purchased didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from your brand. The consistency is extremely thin, much more watery than any of your other sauces I’ve had. It pours almost like it’s been diluted, and that really impacts the overall experience.

The flavor itself isn’t bad; there’s something good there with the black garlic. But it feels watered down and lacking the depth and richness I usually associate with your products. The heat level is also quite mild, which might be fine if the flavor were stronger, but combined with the thin consistency, it ends up feeling weak.

To be completely honest, it tastes like the sauce has been diluted, like part of it was replaced with water. That’s how noticeable the difference is compared to what I’ve had from you before.

I’ve always trusted your brand, which is why this stands out so much. I’m hoping this was just a one off issue, but as it stands, this experience makes me hesitant about purchasing again.

My favorite hot sauce. Perfect amount of heat with the potential to get a little too hot if you're not careful and is packed with flavor. I am on my 4th bottle.

This is one of my favorite hot sauces of all time! The rich garlic flavor is well balanced with the level of heat. There's so much flavor here that you almost don't notice how hot it is right away. This is one I want to always have nearby.

This sauce is absolutely delicious - full of flavour (most notably the black garlic and roasted garlic) with a decent kick of Reaper peppers. It’s not the hottest sauce I’ve reviewed on my YouTube channel (YerDaGaming) - certainly nowhere near Psycho Juice Ghost Pepper Extreme, Da Bomb or Dave’s Gourmet Naga Jolokia - but it definitely is one of the tastiest. Demolished a bottle on wings and had to buy several more. That says it all.

The sauce has a very good flavour to it you can taste the black and roasted garlic straight away it’s salted perfectly and not vinegary. You don’t notice the heat straight away it kinda builds up rather than just an instant burn. If you aren’t experienced with hot sauces this might be a shock to the system especially from the Carolina reaper heat but once you get used to the heat it is very enjoyable sauce. Quite good for chicken wings and chilli or if you’re like me you’ll just end up putting it on everything including breakfast

I have tried lots and lots of different chilli and pepper products and I can safely say I will buy this again. I love lots of heat and this has plenty and the black garlic is big enough to stand up and mingle wonderfully with the reaper chilli. It’s more on the liquid side rather than a thick sauce but it’s great to mix in beans or drizzle over things. 10/10 for me.

Nice slow heat, it is hot, but doesn't overpower the black garlic. Great for chili, bean soup, etc.

If you're worried about the spice level it's not that bad ! This sauce doesn't try to hit you in the face with the heat. Of course, if you think tabasco or Sriracha is super hot then this may not be for you. I'm not a super big chili head either but I enjoy things with spice !Has got a real nice flavor a bit vinegary and you get a bit of that black garlic carmelized-ish taste in the back and you get the taste of the pepper. Definitely more flavorful than you standard Franks Red Hot or Tabasco.Love it on eggs. I throw it on some grilled chicken too !

I keep a few bottles of Torchbearer sauces in the pantry - particularly their Garlic Reaper, so I'm no stranger to unfathomably HOT hot sauce. I use them every day, and I basically have no taste buds left at this point (lol) since I willingly burned them all off.Anyway, I wanted to try something different, and this aka miso sauce looked promising. I'm generally very wary to try any new ones because they're either never spicy enough for me or the flavor is just blah. Typically, both.Gotta say: this Bravado sauce - actually, the Black Garlic one, too - is AMAZING. PERFECTION. FLAVORFUL AF. I STAN. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!Legit just bought another bottle of the Aka Miso. Umami explosion all up in my mouth. Usually, with sauces this hot, all you get is heat and no flavor. But this? I'm obsessed, and as much as I adore my Torchbearer Garlic Reaper, it doesn't hold a candle nor a torch to this stuff.

The flavors sweet, savory, complex, and work so well together. It’s not nearly as spicy as I was hoping, considering it’s marketed as a Carolina reaper sauce, but still more than worth what I paid for it in the flavor alone. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still very spicy. Definitely not something I’d guzzle down or anything.I’ve never tried black garlic, so unfortunately, I can’t comment on the taste of that and whether or not it’s noticeable in this. Not that I care. This sauce is amazing, especially for being half the price of what hot sauces of this caliber normally go for.

More of a black pepper flavor but delicious. Whole bottle didn't last 2 days.

This stuff is a TINY bit thin on the black garlic flavor, but it's got great body, overall flavor, and strong, assertive heat without being overwhelming. It is not for the faint of heart, spice-wise (definitely a big step up from most commercial habanero sauces), but it's a great sauce and even a few drops bring good flavor and heat to the party. You will not be disappointed.

This has become my go-to hot sauce. It has a mild heat compared to most superhots, but is much hotter than anything found in the grocery store and has a unique flavor and aroma from the black garlic.

The black garlic compliments the smokiness of the reaper.

This sauce has great underlying flavor with the black garlic. The heat is there with the reaper but it's not intense from the start. It builds as you go. Highly recommend!

I've tried several different takes on the carolina reaper pepper sauce, but this one is by far the best yet. The blend of black garlic with the reaper is spot on. The heat level is not crazy, so you are able to enjoy the flavor. A little pricey is the only con. Will be purchasing again regardless.

Awesome heat with a tiny hint of umami. The black garlic provides an almost gochujang-y flavor. The maple is a creative sugar substitute that gives just the right amount of sweetness. Love this stuff with steak and stir fries.
